Kenneth D. "Ken" Minor, 85, of Milan, Ohio, passed away Sunday morning, February 7, 2016 in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, Ohio.
He was born August 8, 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late David and Anna Minor.
Ken came to this area in 1982 from Elyria, Ohio. He was the former Lorain County Sheriff, and was the co-owner of Park Avery Grocery for 34 years. Ken was a former member of the Erie County Conservation Club, enjoyed boating, and classic and antique cars.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Norma J. (Snyder) Minor of Milan, Ohio, by his children, Randy (Rosemary), Rick (Diane), and McKenna (Tammy), by his grandson, Kenneth Scott, and by his great granddaughters, Lola and Arabella.
Friends may call on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until memorial services at 7:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio.
