At that time, she joined Robinson Temple Church of God in Christ under Pastor Eddie Robinson. Later, she united with Victory Christian Church of God in Christ under Bishop Robert Jones and, later, Bishop Clifton T. Vivian was united in marriage with Woody Milton Richey, Jr., and to that union came two sons, Pastor Dennis (wife, Geraldine) Richey, Sr., of Ravenna Twp., and the late Elder James (wife, Lorean) Richey. She later married Nacomis Jenkins and helped raise three stepchildren, the late Lasonia Maria Jenkins, Lynette Capris Jenkins, of Detroit, MI, and Dimitries Nathan Jenkins, of Middletown.
