Chelsea Rene Aldrich, 20, residing in Lindsay, OH, died Sunday, June 5, 2011, at the home of her sister in Sandusky, unexpectedly.
She was born on December 13, 1990 in Bellevue, OH.
Chelsea was employed by the Portland House in Sandusky.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, hanging out with friends, playing with her son, listening to music and facebooking. Chelsea was so full of life and enthusiastic about planning a bright future with her husband and just beginning a new career, which she loved.
She is survived by her husband, Jordan Aldrich; son, Landon Aldrich; mother, Darlene Scott, Sandusky, OH; birth father, Michael Hoffman, Marion, OH; father and dad, Jimmy Jessee Jr., Sandusky, OH; sisters, Tara Hoffman and Jamie Jensen, both of Sandusky, OH, Brandy Hoffman, Port Clinton, OH, and Nicole Blevins, Shreve, OH; maternal grandparents, Ron & Margaret Scott, Huron, Jim and Barb Jessee Sr. and Darla Greene, both of Sandusky, OH; mother-in-law, Tami Page, Castalia, OH; grandparents-in-law, Tom and Kenda Aldrich, Lindsey, OH; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Joyce Scott.
Friends may call on Saturday, June 11, 2011, from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12 P.M. (Noon) in the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Pastor Ronald W.
