Mildred M. Klepper, 96, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away, Thursday, April 7, 2016, in Norwalk Memorial Home.
She was born October 11, 1919 in Bellevue, Ohio, to the late Joseph and Myrtle (Chapman) Niemesh, and was a lifelong area resident.
Mildred was a member of St. Stephen United Church of Christ, Sandusky, Ohio. She was a former employee of Apex, Sandusky, Ohio, and Fanny Farmer Candy Company, Norwalk, Ohio. Mildred enjoyed canning, baking, cooking, reading, yard work, and being outdoors.
She is survived by her children, Ronald P. and Becky Klepper of Salt Lake City, Utah, Sharron L. and Thomas Robinson of Huron, Ohio, and Thomas L. and Laura Klepper of Norwalk, Ohio, by 10 grandchildren, Corey Mark, Brian, Jamie, Matthew, Kimberly, Todd, Dawn, Patty, and Erin, and 8 great grandchildren, Braydon, Kylie, Benjamin, Ethan, Evan, Audrina, Ronnie, and Allie.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn V. Klepper in 1999, and by several brothers.
Mildred's family would like to especially Thank the staff of Norwalk Memorial Home, Stein Hospice Service, and Rev. Jerry Fenske, for their compassion, and care of their Mother, you are gratefully appreciated.
There will be no calling hours. Memorial services will be held on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Stephen United Church of Christ, 905 East Perkins Avenue, Sandusky, Ohio. Rev. Jerry Fenske will officiate. Inurnment will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, Ohio.
