Alice M. Seevers, 53, of Sandusky, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
She was born on October 27, 1962 in Portsmouth, Virginia. She worked for the Sandusky Register as mailroom operator for 19 years.
Alice is survived by her husband, David A. Seevers; daughters, Mary Rhodes, of Sandusky, Geneva (husband, Doug) Staten, of Lima, OH, and Olivia (husband, K. Scott) Scisinger, of Sandusky; grandchildren, Nate and Lorain Ashley, Brandon Seevers, Sara Ach, Stephanie Panya, and Baylee Klicker; great-grandchildren, David, Nicholas, Haylee, and Melisa; mother, Dorothy (Morman) Gebard; sisters, Patricia Chapin, of Arizona, and Vivian, Kathy, and Ann Gebard, all of Sandusky.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph A. Gebard; and birth mother, Mary Alice (Welchons) Gebard.
At Alice's request, cremation will take place. Friends may call from 10 A.M. on Friday, April 15, 2016 until time of memorial services at 11 A.M. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Pastor David Flack will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Alice's name to her family.
