Delmarneaz L. Parker "David", 67, of Sandusky, departed from this world while surrounded by his family on Friday, May 6, 2016 in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Meridian, Mississippi to the union of his parents, Kenneth and L.A. (Gowdy) Parker.
He attended Perkins Local and Sandusky City schools. He was employed by several businesses. David loved sharing his knowledge with everyone, cooking, drawing, playing chess, spades, and he was known as a pool shooting legend. David loved spending time with his family. He was baptized in Jesus' name by Elder Johnnie Cross, Jr.
David leaves to cherish his memory his three sisters, Joanne Parker, Fannie Morgan, and Lorraine Parker, all of Sandusky; three brothers, Robert (Fannie) Parker and Bobby (Geneva) Parker, both of Sandusky, and Kenneth (Barbara) Parker, of Columbus, Ohio; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, two sisters, Georgia Mae Moore and Emma Mae Yarbrought; two nieces, Catherine Moore Rufgin and Clary Moore-Carr; and two nephews, Kenneth F. Parker and Rashean (Raman) Parker.
Friends may call on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at Noon at The Assembly of Jesus Christ, 3510 Beatty Ave., Sandusky. Elder Johnnie Cross, Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow on Oakland Cemetery.
