Ricky Dee Bledsoe, 52, Sandusky, died Tuesday,May 31, 2016, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, following a lengthy illness.
Ricky was born June 30, 1963, in Sandusky, and attended Sandusky City Schools.
He worked at various area factories, including JH Routh Packing, Oscar Mayer, and Ohio Veteran's Home. He was a big-hearted person who worried and cared a lot about others, and also loved NASCAR.
He is survived by four daughters, Rebecca Bledsoe of NC, Rochelle (Joseph) Work of Sandusky, Sasha (Nicholas) Johnson of NC, Cheianne Bledsoe of Huron, two sons, Brandon Caldwell and Rocky Bledsoe, both of Sandusky, his companion, Bonnie Caldwell, grandchildren, Tere, TiAndra, Sam, Jaxon, Tyson, Lily, Clarissa, and Xandria, two sisters, Geia Bledsoe and Carmen Diaz Baez, both of Toledo, three brothers, Christopher Bledsoe of Sandusky, Jack Bledsoe of CA, and Raymond Diaz of FL, numerous nieces and nephews, brother-in-law Ricky Ellick, and best friend, Don Allen.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Odelia (Leal) Long, and his father, Jack Dee Bledsoe.
Friends may call on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 11 A.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. in Castalia Cemetery, Castalia.
