Debra Ann (Seeley) Schwanger, 57, residing in Sandusky, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Stein Hospice Care Center after a courageous battle with cancer.
Debbie was born on January 15, 1959 in Sandusky, OH to David A. and Bonnie L. (Mehling) Seeley.
Debbie was a 1977 graduate of St. Mary's High School. She enjoyed playing the slots and decorating her home, but most of all enjoyed time spent with her family. Debbie's greatest loves were her children and six grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Debbie is survived by her husband of 39 years, Daniel J. Schwanger; daughters, Christy M. Schwanger Taylor and Carly L. Schwanger both of Sandusky; son, Kevin D. (Erin) Schwanger of St. Paul, MN; six beautiful grandchildren, Madolyn Bonnie, Jude Allan, Kaelyn Ann, Drew Kathryn, Eleanor Catherine and Nylah Debra; brother, "Deedo" David A. (Heidi) Seeley Jr. of Bellevue; sisters, Cindy Lawson of Castalia, Sherri (Dave) Lawhead of Dublin and Kris Simcox of Sandusky; aunt, Connie Toomey of Sandusky and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
