Inez "Gaga" (Baker) Meyers passed away Saturday morning, February 4, 2017 at Stein Hospice Care Center surrounded by her loving family.
Gaga was born on February 18, 1919 in Middlesborough, Kentucky to the late Charles and Rosa (Thacker) Baker.
Gaga graduated from Middlesborough High School in 1937 and worked as a cashier for more than 30 years at the local Pick N Pay. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, shopping and was extremely talented in making ceramics. Gaga's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.
Gaga is survived by her daughter, Teresa (Ken) Lichtle of Sandusky; 6 grandchildren, Traci (Randy) Balduff, Becky (Lee) Martinez, Kelli Jordan, Chad (Brooke) Payne, Joshua Lichtle, and Kendra Lichtle; 14 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and many other loving friends.
In addition to her parents, Gaga is preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years, Clyde S. Meyers; brothers, Oral and Charles Baker and sister, Imogene Baker.
Friends and family may call on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 10 am until the time of funeral service at 11 am at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870. Burial will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park in Huron.
