Carole Ann Cataldo 63, of Sandusky, died Tuesday, February 28, 2017, in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Lorain, OH, on October 16, 1953 to the late Lawrence and Jewell Kitts.
Carole loved to read the Bible, play cards, poker, and she loved all children, especially her grandchildren. Her dog, Mandy Mia Mandillo, a yellow lab, was also precious to her.
She is survived by her husband, Richard S. Cataldo; sons, Jonathan Michael (Diane) Adams, Cleveland, OH, David John Adams, Jacobsburg, OH, and Daniel James (Michelle) Adams, Elyria, OH; grandchildren, Abaigal, Alexis, Robert, Morgan, Jonathan, and Kharma; great-grandchildren, Ellie, Lily, and Jasmine.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call on Friday, March 3, 2017, from 6 P.M. until time of funeral services at 8 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Jerald Fenske from St. Stephen United Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will take place on Monday, March 6, 2017, at 2 P.M. in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst.
