June Marie (Martin) Duncan, 78, residing in Sandusky, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Providence Care Center after a lengthy illness.
June was born on June 5, 1938 in Cleveland, OH to the late Henry and Charlotte (Gosser) Martin.
June was a 1956 graduate from Sandusky High School. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Sandusky Eagles.
June is survived by her daughters, Helen (Jimmy), Anna (Terry), and Eugenia (Kirk); sons, Eugene (Tammy), Mike (Jeannie), Joe and Ron; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Vares and Patricia Wybrany; brother, Joseph Martin; close friends, Emily and Mary and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, June is preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Barnard and her second husband, Harold A. Duncan.
The family would like to thank the Providence Care Staff; Dr. Robert Hill and Physician's Assistance, Paula Grant.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 11:00 am at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky with Fr. Joe Steinbauer officiating. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
