Ervin F. Jackson, 60 of Sandusky, died Sunday, March 5, 2017, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
He was born on September 30, 1956 in Newark, OH, and graduated from Sandusky High School in 1974. Ervin attended Tennessee State University from 1974-1976.
He was employed by Certainteed in Milan.
Ervin was an avid sports fan, favorite being football. He enjoyed fishing off the dock with his brother, and also had an interest in target shooting.
He is survived by his brother, Kevin A. (Tammy) Jackson, Sandusky; nieces, Christine N. Jackson, Columbus, OH, and Lisa M. (Corey) Allen, Canton, GA; three great nieces and three great nephews; and his beloved "Turttle" mate, Debi Fedele.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert L. and Sara E. (Fomby) Jackson.
At his request there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice Service, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870.
