De Ett A. (Puckrin) Wiley

De Ett A. (Puckrin) Wiley, 78, residing in Sandusky, passed away early Friday morning, March 31, 2017 at Parkvue Health Care Center.

De Ett was born on August 26, 1938 in Sandusky, OH to the late Lester and Marjorie (Will) Puckrin.

De Ett was a 1956 graduate of Sandusky High School. She was employed by the former Ohio Bell Telephone Company, the former Good Samaritan Hospital as a switchboard operator, and at McDonald's for seventeen years. De Ett was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Sandusky, the Erie County Democratic Women, the Sandusky High School Alumni Band and Vacationland Band, and was a former girl scout. She was a lifelong fan of all Cleveland sports teams and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

De Ett is survived by her son, Dennis Boulis; grandchildren, Eric (Maria), Brian (Carolyn) and Bethany Boulis; several great-grandchildren; sister, Sonya (Roland) Unckrich; nephews, Scott (June) and Craig (Stephanie) Unckrich; and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, De Ett was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald B. Wiley in 2011.

Friends may call on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 11:00 am until the time of funeral services at 1:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky with Rev. Catherine Lawrence presiding. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, OH.
