Beverly Diane Johnson, 81, of Milan, passed away late Wednesday evening, April 26, 2017 at Twilight Gardens Nursing Home in Norwalk, OH.
Beverly was born on October 12, 1935 in Columbus, OH to the late Paul Maxwell and Jean Louise (Hill) Baxter.
Beverly was a 1953 graduate from Grandview High School and retired in 2004 from the former IAB Club. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling and playing cards. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Beverly is preceded in death by her loving husband, Franklin James "Jim" Johnson, Jr., whom she married in 1975.
Beverly is survived by her daughter, Kellie (Rick) Frederick of Milan; 4 grandchildren, Jacob, Josh and Zachary Frederick and Easton Johnson; and many dear friends whom she loved.
At the request of the family cremation has taken place. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial will take place at Sunbury Cemetery.
