DeAnn E. Glaeser, 45, Sandusky, died Wednesday, July 26, 2017, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, after a battle with diabetes.
She was born in Logansport, IN on April 26, 1972.
DeAnn loved animals, cooking and entertaining others, her twin boys were her heart and soul.
She is survived by her adopted mother, Frances Glaeser, Westlake, OH; birth mother, Jean Ann DeHaven, Sandusky; her twin sons, Taylor and Tyler; significant other, Paul Banghart, Sandusky; sister, Amanda Wheeler, Sandusky; brothers, Scott (Sally), Steve (Holly), Nathan (Melissa) all of Sandusky, Aaron (Emily) New York and Troy (Monica) Indiana; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael "Mike" Dehaven.
Friends may call on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 4-7 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. in Bay Presbyterian Church, 25415 Lake Rd., Bay Village, OH 44140.
