Marjorie E. Wallace

Marjorie E. Wallace, 88, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Monday evening, September 25, 2017 in Gaymont Nursing Center.

She was born November 26, 1928 in Norwalk, Ohio, to the late Lloyd N. and Edna (Sheldon) Bell, and was a lifelong area resident.

Marge was a member of the Norwalk First Presbyterian Church, and was a former teacher's aide for the Norwalk City Schools from 1980 to 1990. She enjoyed playing Norwalk city league Volleyball, flower gardening, reading, was a lifelong Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan, and was a member of the Red Hat Society.

Marge is survived by her children, Robert K. (Pam) Wallace of Middletown, Ohio, Timothy S. (Donna) Wallace of Syracuse, Indiana, Scott W. (Jody) Wallace of Warsaw, Indiana, and David M. (Treena) Wallace of Norwalk, Ohio, by 10 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wallace in 1997, by her brother, Kenneth Bell, and by her sisters, Pauline Greer, and Mary Milligan.

Friends may call on Friday, September 29, 20176 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. David Comstock will officiate. Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk, Ohio.
