Lisa Whidden, 55, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Wednesday evening, October 11, 2017, in her home.
She was born July 10, 1962 in Norwalk, Ohio, Ohio, to the late Joseph and Lois (Doughty) Clark, and lived most of her life in the Norwalk area.
Lisa graduated from Willard High School and Pioneer Joint Vocational School in 1980. She was a former employee of Gaymont Nursing Home, Hampton Inn, Days Inn, and Motel 6 in Milan, Ohio, and Huron, Ohio. Lisa enjoyed sewing, crocheting, playing cards, and reading romance novels.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Ken Whidden, of Norwalk, Ohio, by her daughter, Laura (Buck Cole) Whidden of Lakewood, Ohio, by her granddaughter, Vivian Whidden, and by her brothers, Don Clark of Willard, Ohio, and Patrick Clark of Sandusky, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lisa was preceded in death by her son, Kenny Whidden, Jr. in 2014. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Cheryl Brown, and Nina Parrott.
Friends may call on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio. There will be no service.
