Kermit was an avid pilot, enjoyed horseracing, but most importantly he loved his family.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Catharine W. (Weis) Price; five children, Emmy (Dr. Jeffrey) Dobyns of Hoover, Alabama, Wendy (Marlon) Kiser of Waterville, Ohio, Sharon (Raymond) Holmes of Aurora, Colorado, Deborah (Haile) Price of Mesa, Arizona, and Matthew (Pamela) Kaman of Bremerton, Washington, one granddaughter at home, Catharine Sostre, Sandusky Ohio, one niece, Kimberely June, Mesa, Arizona; nine grandchildren, Chaz Price, Raymond Holmes, Hannah Girmai, Samantha Holmes, Matthew Kaman, and Danielle Kaman, Nicholas Dobyns, Evan Dobyns, Alexander Dobyns, and five great grandchildren and other nieces, nephews and friends.
