Edward Paul Fackler, 66, Sandusky, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018, in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
He was born on March 9, 1951 in Shelby, OH, to the late Paul Edward and Mercedes (Killinger) Fackler.
Edward retired from the Ohio Veterans Home after 30 years of service in shipping and receiving.
He was an avid collector and loved rock and roll music.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Fackler, Sandusky; and his former wife, Dorothy Windau.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call on Sunday, January 7, 2018, from 2 P.M. until time of memorial services at 3 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Paul Birmingham will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date in Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Cemetery, Shelby, OH. M
