Everly Grace Meade was born Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 11:27 PM weighing 7 pounds and was 20 ¾ inches long.
Everly passed away peacefully around her loving parents and family on January 8, 2018 at 6:37 AM.
She is survived by her parents, Jeffrey and Jeniece (Flack) Meade; one sister, Kilyn; and one brother Evan; grandparents, David and Barbara Flack, Brenda and Richard Butler, and Timothy and Mary Meade; great grandmother, Norma Flack; aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Eliana Marie Meade; and other family members.
Friends may call on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Private family services will follow. The Rev. Ryan Brown of Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shannon Wilson, c/o Everly Meade, 6505 Skadden Road, Sandusky, Ohio 44870 to help the family with medical expenses.
