Terry D. Dress Sr., Port Clinton, died Monday, January 15, 2018, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
He was born on January 20, 1948, in Port Clinton to the late Louis and Elsie Dress.
He was employed by Industrial Nut in Sandusky for 37 years.
Terry was a member of Science Lodge #50 F. & A.M., Sandusky, Singara Grotto, and a 32nd degree Mason, Scottish Rite Valley of Toledo. He loved fishing, hunting, and camping, member of the Port Clinton Eagles, and was the President of his union for 22 years.
He is survived by his wife, Maryann (Yost) Dress; daughter, Serina (James) Greear, Port Clinton; sons, Richard (Alison) Weidman, Bellevue, Raymond (Tabitha) Langdon, Amherst, Terry Dress Jr., Sandusky, and Kenneth Grimes, Port Clinton; granddaughter, Amanda Kouts, whom he raised, seven other grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Sharon (Bill) Mathews, Tennesee and Debbie (John) Lippert, Castalia; a twin brother, Larry (Sue) Dress, Marblehead; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Dress; parents; son, Robert Dress; sisters, Donna Badish and Carolyn Slaughterbeck; brothers, Dave Dress and Mike Dress.
Friends may call on Saturday, January 20, 2018, from 10 A.M. until time of Masonic Services at 10:30 A.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.
