Tina Renee Hernandez, 50, of Port Clinton, lost her courageous battle with cancer on January 25, 2018 in Toledo.
She was born on March 26, 1967 in Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton.
Tina and her husband, Jorge Hernandez, founded a small business together (TJ's Lawncare and Landscaping) which he plans on continuing. She loved to craft, shop, travel, and to always spend time with her family. She had an incredible love for her granddaughter, Aubrey Bella Schell, who equally loved her "Nana".
Tina is survived by her husband of 17 years, Jorge Hernandez; son, Logan (Alexis) Schell; granddaughter, Aubrey Schell; mother, Venetta Snyder; brothers, Calvin, Leon, Rick, Randy, and Daniel; and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Chester Brooks; and brother, Malone.
There will be a memorial service held on Thursday, February 1 at 6:30 p.m. at The Chapel, 4444 Galloway Rd., Sandusky, OH 44870. Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, is handling arrangements.
