W. Patricia Tenore-Doyle, 85, Sandusky and formerly of Port Clinton, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 5, 2011, at her home surrounded by her family, after a year- long battle with cancer.
She was born on October 31, 1925 in Portland, Maine.
She was retired from WSOS Community Action Service in Fremont, and worked for the U.S. Postal Service.
She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Port Clinton, an avid reader, recipe collector, and loved her animals.
She is survived by her children, Richard (Judith) Tenore and Michael Tenore, both of Nashville, TN, Barbara Robertson, Tracy Tenore, and Susan Tenore, all of Sandusky, and Timothy (Megan) Tenore, Greencove Springs, FL; twenty grandchildren; and twenty four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Lawrence Tenore; mother, Medora Doyle; father, John Fuscello; son, Ronald Fuscello; and daughter, Carolyn Gay.
