Kevin L. Pickett, 59, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Friday, February 2, 2018, in his home.
He was born August 26, 1958, in Norwalk, Ohio, to the late Russell E. and Marjorie V. (Billings) Pickett, and was a lifelong area resident.
Kevin was a 1976 graduate of Western Reserve High School. He retired from Ford Motor Company, Brook Park, Ohio, in 2014 with 37 years of service. Kevin was an avid Cleveland sports fan, never giving up on the Cleveland Browns.
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Kimberly (Large) Pickett of Norwalk, Ohio, by his children, Kayla (Aaron) Polovich of Collins, Ohio, and Kevin "K.C." Pickett of Sandusky, Ohio, by 8 grandchildren, by his siblings, Jerry (Kathy) Pickett of Wakeman, Ohio, Sharon Callaway of Canton, Michigan, Brenda Wright of Norwalk, Ohio, and John (Wendy) Pickett of Norwalk, Ohio, and by his daughter in law, Tashina Pickett of Vermilion, Ohio.
Kevin was preceded in death by his son, Jeramy Pickett in 2016, by his brother, Gary Pickett in 2015, and by his brother in law, Dale Callaway.
Friends may call on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from 4:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio. There will be no service.
