Marcella J. Miller

Marcella J. Miller, 95, formerly of Monroeville, died late Sunday evening, September 4, 2011 in the Norwalk Memorial Home, Norwalk surrounded by her family.

She was born February 10, 1916 in Sherman Township, Ohio to John & Marie Hay. Marcella was a 1934 graduate of Bellevue High School. She was a Avon District Representative, working for Avon for 35 years, where she had received numerous Avon Presidents Awards. Marcella was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Monroeville, the Altar & Rosary Society of the Church, and was an avid homemaker and gardener.

 
She is survived by five sons: Ronald A. (Jeri) Miller of Norwalk, Thomas S. (Sharon) Miller of Milan, John C. (Anna) Miller, William A. (Edna) Miller, both of Monroeville, Arthur M. (Pamela) Miller of Rowlett, Texas, three daughters: Patricia A. (Larry) Rospert, Mary Rose Miller, both of Norwalk, Angela M. (Matthew) Catalano of Berlin Heights, 24 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Arthur M. Miller in 1996, three sons: Eugene L. Miller in 1952, Martin E. Miller in 1952, Richard A. Miller in 1945, two grandchildren: Dave Rospert and Kris Finch, her parents: John P. & Marie (Hettle) Hay, five brothers: Leon, Joseph, Herman, Robert and Eugene Hay, one sister: Dorothy Stockmaster.

Friends may call from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel, 109 Monroe Street, Monroeville, where the Rosary will be recited at 3:45 PM Thursday. A Mass ofChristian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, September 9, 2011 in the St. Joseph Catholic Church, 66 Chapel Street, Monroeville. The Rev. William Pifher will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Monroeville.
