Roger Wilson Buckley, 67, Castalia, died Thursday, February 8, 2018, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
He was born in Zanesville, OH on March 29, 1950, and was a graduate of Port Clinton High School.
Roger retired from Erie County Transportation.
He loved spending time with his grandchildren and going to races.
He is survived by his children, Christopher R. (Mallory Giles-Buckley) Buckley, Huron, Ashley (Scott) Hotchkiss, Canton, OH, and Brandon Buckley, Sandusky; grandchildren, Brody Buckley, and Raelyn Buckley; sister, Georgia Catherman, Sandusky; and brother, Robert D. Buckley, Sandusky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mattie (McBride) Buckley.
At his request cremation will take place. There will be no services. Memorial contributions in Roger's name may be made to Stein Hospice Service, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870.
