Arthur "Dan" Riedy, 75, Sandusky, died Monday, February 12, 2018, at his residence.
He was born in Sandusky to the late Arthur Lee Riedy and Dorothy (Pocock) Laramie.
Dan was employed by Ford Motor Company in Sandusky for 41 years.
He loved spending time in his yard and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Lynnda Riedy; daughter, Marlene Taylor , Sandusky; sons, Troy (Kim) Riedy and Lee (Tracey) Riedy, both of Sandusky, and Gary Moore Jr., Castalia; grandchildren, Candace, Justin, Kyle, Dawson, Mariah, Dalten, Gabby, Deven, Sage, MJae, and Charlie; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Donna Jean Blakely, and Dorothy Ann Gosser; brothers, Robert Riedy and Ronald Riedy; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and his special buddies, Zippy and Sam.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother-in-law, Loren Gosser.
Friends may call on Friday, February 16, 2018, from 2 P.M. until time of funeral services at 5 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Rusty Yost will officiate. A celebration will be held immediately following the service in the Toft Event Room.
