Brother Earlie B. Green, 71, Sandusky, was born August 26, 1946 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Sherman Green and Mary Elizabeth (Young) (Green) Glenn.
He went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at his residence.
He attended public school. He was employed by Ford Motor Company, Lorain, retiring in 1998, after 30 years of service.
He was a dedicated member of Porters Memorial C.M.E. Church.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Larond Giving, Sandusky; granddaughters, Jasmine Giving, Austin, TX, and Lashawna Giving, Columbus, OH; grandsons, Tyren Giving, Columbus, OH and Zaige Giving, Sandusky, OH; a great-granddaughter, London Giving, Austin, TX; sisters, Vander Jean (George) Hicks, Detroit, MI, Lois Young and Patricia Ann Keys (Willie) Marshall, Sandusky, OH; a brother, Paul E. Green, Culver City, CA; special uncles, Jesse (Lillie) Young, Memphis, TN and Terry (Ernestine) Young, Stow, OH; special aunt, Antonia (Gregory) Partridge, Akron, OH; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather, Clyde Glenn; sister, Shirley Johnson; brother, Milton Green, maternal and paternal grandparents.
"We loved you Earlie B., but god loved you more, sleep on, we will see you on the other shore."
The family would like to thank Dr. Rashid and Dr. Rice, along with their office staffs, for the continued care and support.
Friends may call on Friday, April 13, 2018, from 11 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12 P.M. Noon in Porter Memorial C.M.E. Church, 1723 Third St., Sandusky. Rev. Vaughn Newsom will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
