Octavia Marie Garza Musgrove, 46, Lorain, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 17, 2018 in Elyria, Ohio unexpectedly.
Octavia was born April 12, 1972, in Lorain to Norma Carter and the late Henry Garza. She attended Lorain and Sandusky City Schools.
Octavia was a nursing assistant and worked at various home health agencies in Sandusky and surrounding areas. She enjoyed hobbies such as face painting and gardening, and spreading love and joy. She was a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit to match, loved by everyone she came into contact with. Above all else, she was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother.
Octavia leaves to cherish her memory four children, William Musgrove III, Atlanta, GA, Shakiyla Pascol, Cleveland, OH, Joshua Smith and Keelan Arrington, both of Sandusky, mother, Minister Norma I. Carter, Sandusky; brothers, Alex Kimbrough, Sandusky, and Gary Kimbrough Lorain, OH; sisters, Tamika Garza, Sandusky, and Alycea Carter, Lorain, OH; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, god mother, Darlene Hunter, Atlanta, GA.; the Kimbrough family of Lorain, OH, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents; father, Henry Garza; and son, Calibe J. Musgrove in 2008.
Friends may call on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 11 A.M. until time of memorial services at 12 P.M. (Noon) in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Superintendant Ross Johnson will officiate and Elder Johnnie Cross will provide the eulogy. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.
