Debra M. Boose, 57, of Williston, Ohio, and formerly of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in St. Charles Hospital, Oregon, Ohio.
She was born January 18, 1961 in Norwalk, Ohio, to the late Raymond F. and Madeline E. (Widman) Boose.
Debra was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. She was a resident of the Luther Home of Mercy in Williston, Ohio, for 29 years, where she attended the Oasis Day Program.
Debra attended Christie Lane School, worked at Christie Lane Workshop, and Riverview Industries of Ottawa County, and had competed in the Special Olympics. She was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying Ohio State, and St. Paul sports. Debra was a loving friend to many people. S
he is survived by her siblings, James and Mary Boose of Bradenton, Florida, Marlene Tien of Macedonia, Ohio, Sandy and Vernon Swick of Griffin, Georgia, Karen and Paul Lieber of Bellevue, Ohio, William and Rita Boose of Norwalk, Ohio, Ron and Serena Boose of Kentfield, California, Sue and Jack Flick of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Marsha and Gary Keefer of Pooler, Georgia, Cindy and Larry Skinn of Norwalk, Ohio, and Terry and Mary Lisa Boose of Norwalk, Ohio, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother in law, John Tien.
There will be no calling hours. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Paul Catholic Church, 91 East Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio.
