Ashley Spurlock-Sams, 20, residing in Sandusky, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Firelands Regional Medical Center after a brief illness surrounded by friends and family.
Ashley was born on September 5, 1997 in Sandusky, OH.
Ashley was a member of the Sandusky Church of God. In her spare time, she enjoyed music, playing guitar, art, animals, photography and spending time with her loved ones.
Ashley is survived by parents, Sarah and Conrad Bradley of Sandusky; sisters, Breanna and Mikaylah; brothers, Jacob and Anthony; grandmothers, Blanche Spurlock of Sandusky and Donnella Bradley of Sandusky and other loved ones.
Ashley is preceded in death by her grandfather, Sherill Spurlock and uncle, Wayne Baum II.
Private family services with be held and conducted at a later date. Pastor Harvey Studer will officiate. Burial will be held at Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
