Willomina Grace Chase, age 2, of Norwalk, died Monday, September 26, 2011 at home.
Willomina was born March 18, 2009 in Toledo, Ohio to Michael and Laura (Roth) Chase of Norwalk. She attended therapy at FTMC, where she participated in many activities. Her activities included painting, playing with switch toys and her absolute favorite was working her computer programs. She loved being in a swimming pool and her daily walk with her family. She enjoyed movies, especially Annie, and listening to her mp3 player with show tunes & classical music.
She is survived by her parents; brothers, Orion William Green and Sylvester James Chase of Norwalk; grandparents, Don & Mary “Chum” Roth of Norwalk, Frederick Chase of Clearwater, FL, Tim & Diane Winslow of Willard; aunts and uncles; and 27 first cousins.
Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk with a prayer service 3:30 in the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, 10:30 A.M. at St. Paul Catholic Church, 91 E. Main Street, Norwalk. The Rev. Eric Mueller will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery.
