Donald Lee Woodyard, Sr., 73, of Huron County, Ohio died Saturday, September 24, 2011 in the Amherst Specialty Hospital due to a terminal illness. He was born August 11, 1938 in Weston, W.Va., and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his children: Misty, Mary, Ronda, Donnie, Sheri, and Tina, his fiancee: Bonnie Sykuta, eight grandchildren, mother: Edna Woodyard, and several brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Woodyard.
Friends may call Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 12:00 Noon until time of service at 1:00 PM at the Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel, 109 Monroe Street, Monroeville, Ohio. The Rev. Edwin Gore will officiate.
