Donald E. Staley, 68, of Sandusky, passed away early Tuesday morning, October 2, 2018 in his home.
He was born on May 16, 1950 in Dennison, Ohio to the late Franklin and Hazel (Suggs) Staley. Donald was a truck driver for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Grace Staley; daughters, Vicki Teasley, Betty (Alan) Patrick, Rose (Chad) Beese, and Angela Steinmetz, all of Sandusky; son, Larry Allen, of Sandusky; special grandson, Michael; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Michelle (Steve) Signs, of Norwalk; brothers, John Staley and Leroy (Millie) Staley, both of Norwalk; best friend and four-legged son, Bowser; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Karen Canter and Cheryl Jones; brother, Kelly Seitz; and sister-in-law, Gina Staley.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. on Friday, October 5, 2018 until funeral services begin at 1 p.m. in Victory Temple, 1619 W. Strub Rd., Sandusky. Pastor Luke Walters will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donald's name to the church.
