Gary Edward Erwin, 67, of Mansfield, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018.
He was born on October 15, 1951 in Mansfield to Clarence E. and Helen (Stevens) Erwin.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, traveling, fixing things, and helping others. He was a member of Sandusky Church of God, which became a second home and family.
Gary is survived by his sisters, Reba (Wetzel) Hunt and Shary (Junior) Rose; five nieces; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Elizabeth (Bill) Head; brother, Bobby (Helen) Erwin; and one nephew.
Burial was in Oak Grove Memorial Park in Lexington, Ohio. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 9 at 6 p.m. in Sandusky Church of God, 1018 W. Bogart Rd., Sandusky. Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky, assisted with local arrangements.
