Gloria “Renee” Sears age 46 of Bellevue passed away Saturday Oct. 8, 2011. She was born Oct. 7, 1965 in Sandusky the daughter of Sherman & Ruby Jewell Killion.
Renee was a 1983 graduate of Bellevue Senior High School and EHOVE JVS. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Terra Technical College with a major in plastics. She obtained certification in color matching and quality control and was an employee of Wilbert Plastics, Bellevue.
She was dedicated, hard working and lovingly committed to her family and friends. She has given her friends and family many precious memories to hold dear and will be sadly missed.
Survivors include her children, Christopher Hicks of Cridersville, Jonathan Hicks of Bellevue, Jessica Hicks of Bellevue; grandchildren Orion and Cam; father, Sherman (Brenda) Killion of Petersburg, MI; sisters, Ruby Sue (Leo) Carnicom of Swanton, Rita Killion of Bellevue, Brenda (Patrick) Robertson of Bellevue, Joyce (Randy) Dennis of Willard, Karen (William) Rosenberger of Findlay and Judy (David) Weaver of Celina; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Renee was preceded in death by her mother Ruby Jewell Killion.
Friends will be received Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011 from 2 – 8 pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde.
