Becky L. Grine, 52, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born on January 23, 1966 in Sandusky, Ohio.
Becky was a lifelong Norwalk, Ohio resident, and graduated from Norwalk High school in 1984. She occasionally attended Calvary Baptist church with her family, and loved watching her children play sports, especially baseball. Becky kept score keeping books for several teams, and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. Her favorite player was Jose Ramirez. She enjoyed playing cards, and as a youth attended the youth ministry at Norwalk Alliance Church. Becky loved to take care of children, and was the neighborhood baby sitter. She was a former employee of The Child's Nest in Wakeman, Ohio.
Becky is survived by her husband of 32 years, Michael A. Grine, of Norwalk, Ohio, by her children, Drake M. Grine of Norwalk, Ohio, and Courtney N. Grine of Norwalk, Ohio, and by her parents, Ronald A. and Janet L. (Butch) Morehouse of Norwalk, Ohio.
She is also survived by her brother, Scot A. (Deb) Morehouse of Waterville, Ohio, by her nieces, Taylor (Brian) Billings, and Joran Morehouse, by her great niece, Penelope Billings, great nephew, Hugo Billings, and by her mother in law, Rosemary Grine.
Becky was preceded in death by her father in law, Charles D. Grine.
Friends may call on Friday, January 4, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Doug Lang, Pastor of the New London Alliance Church will officiate. Interment will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, Ohio.
