Dana M. Michaels, 49 years, of Fremont, died Tuesday, October 11, 2011, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
She was born July 3, 1962 in Fremont, the daughter of James Pete and Betty Jane (Kattner) Michaels.
Dana was a homemaker and enjoyed writing and playing yahtzee and scrabble.
Survivors include a son, Robert E. Ward of Fremont; 2 daughters, Emily N. (Shawn) Miller Reeder of Bellevue and Tiffany L. Ward of Clyde; grandchildren, Mackenzie Miller, Makayla Reeder, and Mason Reeder, Hunter Dewley and Braxton Sebetto, and Landen Ward, Zachary, Jesse, and Caleb; 2 brothers, Todd (Mary Lynn) Michaels of Fremont and John Michaels of Fremont; 3 sisters, Linda (Steve) Zimmerman of East Lansing, MI, Leslie (Fred) Haslinger of Fremont, and Leighann Michaels of Green Mountain, NC.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A graveside funeral service for family and friends will be held Friday, October 21, 2011, at 12:00 noon at McGormley Cemetery in Ballville Twp, rural Fremont.
Arrangements are in care of Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
