Harriett L. Russell, 72, Sandusky, passed away Monday, February 18, 2019, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Sandusky to the late Estella Green Johnson and Ulysses Green Sr.
Harriett was employed by the Ohio Veterans Home for 22 years. She enjoyed her family and her church.
She leaves behind her children, Terrance D. Green, Louisville, KY, Tellie T. Russell and Sonja L. Woods both of Sandusky, and Clifton S. (Lori) Russell, Greenville, SC; brothers, Ulysses Green Jr., Clyde (Janice) Green, Lamar (Betty) Johnson all of Sandusky, Julian (Lisa) Johnson, Huntsville, AL, and Lee Johnson Jr., Memphis, TN; sisters, Carolyn Campbell and Renea Johnson both of Sandusky, and Claudette M. (Freddie) White, Springfield, MA; seventeen grandchildren; thirty three great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, twin niece, Marlene Pettis; close cousin, Perry McDaniels; her companion, William Wimbly.
She was preceded in death by her parents; maternal grandparents, Harold Woods and Ethel Lee Lewis; sister, Ethel Roldan; great-grandsons, Xavier Clark and Jah'Kari Delloach.
Friends may call on Saturday, February 23, 2019, from 11 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12 P.M. Noon in Agape Love Ministries, 4013 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.
