Carolyn Rose Nickoli, 90 years and 5 months old, of Sandusky died Sunday evening, October 23, 2011 in the Twilight Gardens Nursing Home, Norwalk following a brief illness. She was born May 20, 1921 in Sandusky and was a member of the Norwalk Eagles Auxiliary.

She is survived by one sister: Doris Wade of Lorain, two nephews: Robert (Joan) Hassinger of Virginia, Randall (Gayle) Hassinger of Florida, one niece: June (Bernard) Myers of Norwalk, and several great nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her first husband: Charles Reer, second husband: Walter Nickoli, her parents: Arthur & Ida (Gassan) Wagner, one sister: Evelyn West and one nephew: Timothy West.
Friends may call Thursday, October 27, 2011 from 6:00 PM until time of funeral service at 7:00 PM at the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Mr. Bill Morr will officiate. Entombment will be in the Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
