Agnes Eileen (Weidinger) Boesch, 69, residing in Sandusky, passed away Thursday evening, March 21, 2019 at Bellevue Care Center after a lengthy illness.
Agnes was born on January 9, 1950 in Bellevue, OH to the late Raymond and Theresa (Alt) Weidinger.
Agnes was a 1968 graduate from Bellevue High School. Agnes was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, where she volunteered for many different activities and events. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing needlework, reading and spending time with her family and friends. Agnes enjoyed baking with her grandchildren and making homemade apple butter with her sisters.
Agnes is survived by her husband, Terry Boesch, whom she married on April 30, 1976. She is also survived by her daughter, Tara (Michael) Frost of Monroeville; son, Jared (Heather Whittington) Boesch of Ashland, OH; grandchildren, Carter, Addison, Derricka, Ella, Katrina and Trevor; sisters, Rosie Reer of New Washington, OH, Mary (Butch) Sassaman and Rita (Charles) Weisz both of Bellevue and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
In addition to her parents, Agnes is preceded in death by her brother, Sergeant William Weidinger; nephew, Mike Boesch and brother-in-law, Don Reer.
Friends may call on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 9:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 510 Columbus Ave., Sandusky at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
