Amber E. Poulson, 34, Sandusky, died, Sunday, July 28, 2019 in Cleveland, unexpectedly.
She was born in Sandusky on July 12, 1985.
Amber loved her family, she cherished her children, being together, cooking, her Mom's cooking, shopping, music, flowers, and had a strong faith in God.
She is survived by her children, Davien Darden and Layla Strack; mother and step father, Nan and Tom Weigman, Sandusky; father and step mother, Roy and Monica (Capizzi) Poulson, Sandusky; brother, Jay (Tracie) Poulson, Tiffin: maternal grandparents, Jacquline and Larry King, Rex and Donna Norman; paternal grandmother, Louise Poulson; aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Harold Poulson; maternal and paternal great-grandparents.
Friends may call on Friday, August 2, 2019, from 5-8 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 A.M. in the funeral home, with the Rev. Ryan Brown officiating.
