William "Mike" Ehrnsberger, Jr., 74, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 6, 2019 in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
He was born on September 12, 1945 in Sandusky to the late William M. Ehrnsberger, Sr. and Mary C. (Hunt) Ehrnsberger.
He attended St. Mary's Schools and graduated in 1963 from Sandusky High School. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Case Western Reserve University and was the proud owner of Alarmtec.
When he wasn't running his business, Mike loved to watch Sci-Fi television and movies, especially Star Trek and The X-Files. He most loved to be with his family. His love for his children and grandchildren was endless. He also had a special place in his heart for his dogs, Abby, Sadie, and "Beaner."
Mike is survived by his children, William "Bill" (Terrie) Ehrnsberger, III, of Port Clinton, Scott (Jane) Ehrnsberger and Chris (Keaston) Ehrnsberger, both of Sandusky, and Jennifer (Mark) Elliott, of Huron; grandchildren, Johnathon, Kyle, Kira, Kristen, Kailynn, Kambrynn, Vivian, Ava, Devin, Monica, and Scott; five great-grandchildren; brother, Mark (Patty) Ehrnsberger; and nieces.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jacquelyn (Bly) Ehrnsberger.
