Kathryn L. Hosang, 86, of Bellevue, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011 at The Willows at Bellevue. She was born September 14, 1925 in Bellevue the daughter of Roy and Maude (Dennis) Green.
Kathryn was a 1943 graduate of Bellevue High School. On June 14, 1947 she married Joseph A. Hosang at Immaculate Conception Church, Bellevue; he survives. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Daughters of Isabella, Altar Rosary Society, VFW Ladies Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, and Four County Young at Heart.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph A. Hosang of Bellevue; son, Dennis M. (Joan Shoemaker) Hosang of Rockford, IL; daughters, Kathleen (Gene) Fantozzi of Huron, Pamela (Timothy) Baur of Huron, Mary Beth (Kevin) Wadsworth of Clyde; 6 grandchildren, Justin and Jeffrey Baur, Nicholas and Lauren Hosang, and Benjamin and Hannah Wadsworth; One Brother, R. Wesley (Jackie) Green of Boynton Beach, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Wallace Green; and granddaughter, Angela Marie Baur.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, from 4-8 p.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue where the Rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, at 1 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 231 East Center St., Bellevue, OH 44811.
