Doreen B. (Cowling) LeHerissier, 65, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly in her home early Saturday morning, February 8, 2020.
She was born on June 13, 1954 in Meriden, CT and attended Berlin High School in CT.
After moving to Sandusky with her husband, she enjoyed camping and crocheting. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, all of her pets through the years, and spending time with her husband: going out to eat and spending time together. Most of all, she loved her family, including her three children, eight grandchildren, and great-grandchild.
Doreen is survived by her husband of 21 years, Robert LeHerissier; children, Michelle Deprey, Nicole Deprey, and Maurice Deprey; grandchildren, Jerrid, Jolena, Paige, Amanda, Taylor, Kaylee, Joshua, and Anatacia; newborn great-grandchild, brother, Glen Cowling; other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irene (husband, Maynard) Fritz and father, Alan Cowling; and many siblings.
Per Doreen's wishes, cremation will take place and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Doreen's name to Cancer Services of Erie County, 905 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, OH 44870.
