Patricia Ann (Bickley) Francis, 90, residing in Bellevue, passed away early Monday morning, April 6, 2020 at Bellevue Care Center.
Patricia was born on October 11, 1929 in Marblehead, OH to the late Daniel V. and Martha P. (Wrabel) Bickley.
Patricia graduated from Lakeside-Danbury High School in 1947. She married Eugene Francis on April 30, 1949. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ. She enjoyed playing cards. Patricia had a kind heart for dogs, and owned many through the years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by her daughters, Karen (Leonard) LaRose of Bellevue and Kelly (Tom) Heckman of Bluffton; sons, Scott (Gayle) Francis of Bellevue and Jerry (Jeri) Francis of IL; 11 grandchildren, Kevin (Missy), Linda (Rich), Liana (Paul), Greg (Sharon), Melinda (Matt), Brad, Doug (Angie), Shane (Rebecca), Erica (Jason), Troy (Shelly) and Brandy (Ben); 30 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Francis in 2008; grandson, Chad Francis; sisters, Ruth and Geraldine and brothers, Lawrence, Paul, Edward, Leo and Elwyn Bickley.
Private family services will be held in the Meadow Green Memorial Park Mausoleum, Huron. Pastor Wally Gilbert will officiate. Entombment will follow. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
