Alice Pearl (Reed) Oates Asberry, 87, Sandusky, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020, in Providence Care Center.
She was born on June 9, 1933 in Norwalk, OH to the late Elwood and Hazel (Stoffer) Reed.
Alice enjoyed the activities that involved singing. She usually sat in her wheelchair outside her room to greet people as they came down the hall.
She is survived by her son, Donald E. Oates, Pulaski, TN, guardian, Marilyn Parker and her husband John, and special friends, Dick and Linda Howell.
Alice spoke many times of how she missed her Mama, and now she will be buried by her Mama in North Fairfield Cemetery. The excellent care that Alice received for the past 15 years was greatly appreciated.
