Robert L. Holcomb, 78, residing in Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly Monday evening, August 17, 2020 at home.
Robert was born on November 29, 1941 in Criton, WV to the late James Arthur and Fay (Trout) Holcomb.
Robert retired from the Sandusky Folding Box Co. after many years of service. He enjoyed spending time with those he loved, and enjoyed watching the Cavs. Robert loved making new friends and got along with nearly everyone he met.
Robert is survived by his sons, Lance (Lori) Holcomb of Sandusky, Michael (Cheryl) Landoll of SC and Rob (Nicole) Holcomb of MI; grandchildren, Devin, Katie, Mallory, Adam, Lexi, and Amber; sister, Sandy (Jim) Reineck of Norwalk; brother, James Holcomb of Sandusky and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Kathy (Hoerner) Holcomb in 2020 and daughter, Kim Holcomb.
Family memorial services will be held and conducted at a later date. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
