Michael John Rowen, 29, residing in Warrensville Heights, OH passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 1, 2020 at home.
Michael was born on September 18, 1991 in Santa Rosa, CA to John Rowen and Nichole (Ball) Maritzen.
Michael was a welder at American Mine Door in Cleveland. He was a member of the Huron Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Northern California E Clampers Vitus. Michael enjoyed working on cars, camping, fishing, being in the outdoors, watching the LV Raiders, spending time with his family and friends, especially around the holidays.
Michael is survived by his father and step-mother, John (Sherry) Rowen of Huron; mother and step-father, Nichole (Chris) Maritzen of Cottonwood, CA; sisters, Brittany and Kelly Rowen of Huron, brother, Nikolas Maritzen of Cottonwood, CA; maternal grandmother, Peggy Ball; paternal grandparents, Patsy and Allen Wilkerson and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Michael is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Linda Rowen and uncle, Jim Rowen.
Private family services will be held and conducted at a later date.
