Allene M. Schwiefert, 95, residing in Bellevue, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020, at her residence.
She was born on April 14, 1925 in Sandusky to the late Fred and Marie (Sprau) Koch.
She was employed by American Crayon and later Bargain Barn also known as Mr. Wiggs.
Allene loved to play the organ, scrabble, an avid reader, cooking, big band dancing, but she was most happy being with family and being a part of the five generations that were in the family.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra (Loren) Pugh, Bellevue; son, Craig (Judith) Schwiefert, Bellevue; grandchildren, Kiley, Nikki, Adam, and Cody; step grandchildren, William Stevens and Brandon Smith; three great-grandchildren; and six step great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Schwiefert in 2013; and her parents.
Friends may call on Thursday, December 3, 2020, from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 11 A.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Forrest Kirchenbauer will officiate. Entombment will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
